City Pass Parking

It is becoming increasingly common for councils to issue permits to their residents. These residents’ permits are linked to various systems operated by the council. Some examples of these systems are: Recycling centres, refuse containers, automated bollards in the town centre, public transport, special taxi arrangements, bicycle sheds and libraries, etc. Issuing these passes allows residents to operate the various systems using one central permit. The council no longer has to carry out the administration for numerous independent monitoring systems, and residents do not need to carry around many different permits.

IP Parking is tapping into this trend with Residents’ Permit Parking. Anyone with a residents’ permit can register online through www.stadspasparkeren.nl. The residents’ permit will then be linked to the user’s license plate and mobile phone number.
